updates in adventures of my restored cast iron pan: i made a gosh dang good burger today. grilled the patty side by side with a portabello, then threw the bun on after those two were done for a couple minutes
i think the only piece of teflon i'm going to keep around is a real big stir fry pan i use to make pasta sauce and the like. cast iron is so much easier to cook consistently good food with. no hot spots, little loss of temperature when colder food is added to the pan
all the other teflon pans i have are getting pretty scratched up anyway
